Specializing in stop-motion Musa Brooker (that’s "moo-say”) is an Animator and Director based in Los Angeles, California. With over a decade of experience he has worked on projects big and small from commercials (Target), to feature films (Elf), music videos (The Raconteurs), TV (Robot Chicken) and the Web (Carl’s Jr). When he can find the time Musa also enjoys working on his own collaborative, mixed-media, animated projects.
For the past several years, Musa has shared his experience as an animation instructor. Having previously taught at his alma mater The California Institute of the Arts, Musa is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at USC’s School of Cinematic Arts in the John C. Hench Division of Animation & Digital Arts
In his spare time Musa enjoys watching the latest episode of 30 Rock, playing Beatles RockBand, listening to The Roots, and going to Disneyland.
