Sadly the behind the scenes clip with Director Duke Johnson and myself has been deleted from Youtube.
However here are a few clips of actors Danny Pudi (Abed) and Allison Brie (Annie) visiting the production. The clips are a little goofy but show some interesting behind the scenes action.
By the way, there was absolutely no "Claymation" involved in this production.

That shot is one of my favorites on the show. It's long and lively and I'm sure the puppet went through a whole lot too.
